Cassava flour : Cameroon banks on local production for exports in Africa
Cameroon's Trade Minister Luc Magloire Mbarga Atangana met with key players in the milling and baking industries in Yaoundé on 25 June 2025 with a view to promoting the use of cassava flour in bread production within the framework of the Integrated Import Substitution Plan (PIISAH).
